You will transform identified training needs into structured training content, applying agreed instructional design standards and methodologies. Working within the Global Training Excellence team, you will contribute to the successful delivery and deployment of training initiatives that support capability development across the organization. Impact:
Design and develop training content, learning materials, and solutions aligned with agreed instructional design principles and standards. Partner with Competence Managers and subject matter experts to translate training requirements into effective learning experiences. Ensure all training content is accurate, engaging, audience-focused, and meets defined quality expectations. Apply established design standards, templates, methodologies, and governance requirements consistently across all deliverables. Manage assigned projects and deliverables effectively, ensuring deadlines and milestones are achieved. Maintain clear documentation of content versions, stakeholder feedback, decisions, and development activities. Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and potential delays early to support successful project outcomes. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, contribute to continuous improvement, and support the evolution of training standards.
What You Bring:
Experience designing and developing learning content using structured instructional design methodologies and best practices. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to create impactful learning solutions. Strong capability in developing engaging training materials for diverse audiences while maintaining accuracy and relevance.
Organization & Planning:
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain documentation, and deliver work to agreed timelines. Commitment to applying standards, templates, and governance processes to ensure high-quality learning deliverables.
