What You'll Be Doing:

Plan and deliver standards-aligned math instruction tailored for diverse learners Develop a supportive classroom environment grounded in identity affirmation and restorative practices Collaborate with peers during daily planning and weekly professional learning sessions Use student data and coach feedback to refine teaching strategies and close achievement gaps Support inclusive education by implementing IEP goals with assistance from special education staff Maintain high classroom expectations and foster habits of excellence, respect, and kindness Lead family communication efforts, including parent meetings, progress reports, and report cards Supervise students both inside and outside the classroom, promoting safety and positive behavior Engage actively in professional development, team planning, and data reviews to enhance instructional effectiveness Participate in school-wide and classroom-level practices to cultivate a culture of achievement and character

What We're Looking For:
