Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers in-person and over the phone, providing expert and personalized assistance with vehicle inquiries. Build strong customer relationships by actively listening, offering tailored recommendations, and delivering exceptional service to encourage repeat business. Present purchase options and guide customers through the buying process. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals through effective sales strategies, follow-ups, and proactive customer engagement. Stay up to date on current inventory. Complete all sales documentation accurately and in compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements to ensure smooth transactions.

Requirements:

Sales experience is a plus but not required — we provide comprehensive training for motivated learners. Background in customer service or retail sales encouraged to apply! Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation:

Competitive base pay plus commission Potential earnings from $3,000 to $10,000+ per month

Schedule:

9 am - 6 pm Monday through Saturday (closed Sunday)
