What This Looks Like:

OTR routes covering the East Coast and Midwest 3 weeks on, 1 week home — you plan your time, not a dispatcher Work directly with your dispatcher as a business partner, not a boss Paid orientation and onboarding (Atlanta, GA) Take-home pay of $1,300-$2,300/week after expenses — based on miles run and routes selected Company-owned trucks operated under established carrier authority — no truck payment, no maintenance costs on you 1099 independent contractor position with real tax advantages for business-minded drivers
