Our micro school provides a personalized, encouraging environment where children can grow academically, socially, and spiritually. With a class size of 10 students or fewer, our facilitator has the opportunity to know each child personally and help them thrive. About the Position Our school utilizes the Prenda curriculum, so the primary role of the facilitator is not to develop curriculum from scratch. Instead, you will guide students through their daily learning, provide support and encouragement, help maintain a productive classroom, and create an environment where students feel known, challenged, and cared for.
