Riverview Center for Growth is seeking a dedicated High School Teacher to support students in our therapeutic day treatment program. As a Teacher, you will: Assess, develop, and implement individualized education programs for students. Mentor students using a virtual learning program and facilitate online curriculum. Collaborate with therapists, behavioral staff, and families to integrate education and treatment goals. Complete educational documentation, including IEPs, PEPs, progress reports, and student records. Provide guidance and training to classroom support staff. Implement individualized behavioral and therapeutic strategies within the classroom. Participate in treatment planning, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development. Foster a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment that promotes student success. Minimum Qualifications Master's Degree required. Valid Oregon TSPC Teaching License or ability to obtain one. Minimum of two years of experience working with high school-aged students. Experience working with students with severe emotional and behavioral disorders. Experience supporting students with Emotional Disturbances, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Communication Disorders, and Specific Learning Disabilities. Ability to effectively utilize electronic student record systems. Special Education endorsement preferred, but not required.
