Maestro Musicians Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Piano Teacher to join our growing Beachwood, Ohio location. We believe music lessons should do more than teach notes—they should help students develop confidence, perseverance, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for music. Our teachers are mentors who inspire students while maintaining high musical standards. Our administrative team manages scheduling, billing, and family communication so you can focus on what you do best: teaching. Position Overview We are looking for an exceptional piano teacher to provide engaging one-on-one private lessons for children, teens, and adults. As our Cleveland location continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to build a consistent teaching schedule while becoming an important part of a supportive and collaborative faculty. Responsibilities Teach engaging private piano lessons Adapt instruction to each student's goals and learning style Create a positive and encouraging lesson environment Communicate student progress with families Maintain lesson notes and attendance records Prepare interested students for recitals, festivals, and examinations Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled lessons Qualifications Preferred qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Music, minimum Strong piano performance skills Previous teaching experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, organized, and professional A genuine passion for helping children grow through music Why Join Maestro Musicians Academy?
