We are professional, agile, creative and our goal is to guide students in the Rio Grande Valley, fomenting the discovery of their individual intrinsic natural potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach acordeon lessons to students of various ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
  • Provide instruction in music theory, technique, and performance skills
  • Guide students in the selection and preparation of appropriate repertoire
  • Conduct individual and group rehearsals to develop ensemble skills
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback on areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other music teachers and staff to coordinate performances and events
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
Experience:
  • Experience working with children, including early childhood education or preschool settings
  • Knowledge of various musical styles and genres
  • Ability to play multiple instruments or proficiency in a specific instrument
  • Familiarity with teaching methods and techniques for different age groups
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Experience in special education or working with students with diverse learning needs is a plus
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field (Not mandatory)
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching music lessons or classes (Preferred)
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
