Job Description

- Teach acordeon lessons to students of various ages and skill levels
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Provide instruction in music theory, technique, and performance skills
- Guide students in the selection and preparation of appropriate repertoire
- Conduct individual and group rehearsals to develop ensemble skills
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other music teachers and staff to coordinate performances and events
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
Experience:
- Experience working with children, including early childhood education or preschool settings
- Knowledge of various musical styles and genres
- Ability to play multiple instruments or proficiency in a specific instrument
- Familiarity with teaching methods and techniques for different age groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in special education or working with students with diverse learning needs is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field (Not mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience in teaching music lessons or classes (Preferred)
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
