Key Responsibilities:

Offer daily behavioral support services in preschool classrooms, following individualized plans under teacher direction Support classroom routines, engagement, activities, and safety for young learners Facilitate positive interactions and encourage developmentally appropriate skills Assist in implementing individualized education or behavior plans as required Coordinate effectively with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure program success
