Responsibilities Lead a specialized Pre-K classroom, creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment. Design and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum and daily lesson plans. Observe, document, and assess children's developmental progress and adjust instruction accordingly. Collaborate with families through regular communication, conferences, and progress updates. Support individual learning needs and behavior guidance using positive strategies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Coordinate with center leadership and peers to align on program goals and best practices. Mentor assistant teachers and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
