Desired Experience & Skills:

Experience working as a paraprofessional or teacher aide, especially in an elementary school environment Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children thrive academically and socially Ability to collaborate closely with classroom teachers and other paraprofessionals to provide consistent, compassionate support Familiarity with managing active behaviors and creating a nurturing learning environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist students individually (1:1), focusing on both academic tasks and social-emotional development Support classroom management and help facilitate engaging, structured activities Reinforce daily routines and classroom expectations Provide encouragement and redirection as needed to help students stay focused and on track Document student progress in coordination with teachers and staff Foster an encouraging, inclusive, and safe classroom for all learners

Work Schedule:
