What You'll Do As a Lead Early Childhood Teacher, you'll use your experience to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment while serving as a positive example for the children, families, and educators around you.
You'll:
Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences for children Use KinderCare curriculum and resources to support children's development Build strong relationships with children and families Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom Collaborate with teachers and center leadership Support children's social, emotional, physical, and academic development Communicate with families about their child's experiences and progress Contribute your experience and ideas to a collaborative center team Benefits That Support You Inside and Outside of Work Your total experience at KinderCare goes beyond your hourly rate.
