We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all students. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding their child's development. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social interaction and cooperation among peers. Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Provide care for toddlers, including diapering, feeding, and ensuring their overall comfort. Administer first aid as necessary and maintain a clean and organized classroom space. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices in early childhood education. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends and practices. Requirements A degree in Early Childhood Education is required Experience working with young children in a childcare setting is essential. Strong skills in caregiving, behavior management, and classroom management are required. Knowledge of first aid procedures is highly desirable. Experience working with students with disabilities is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff members. A genuine passion for early childhood education and the ability to inspire young learners. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
