Role:
As an ABA Behavior Technician with Champions ABA - MA, you will play a vital role in our therapy sessions, working closely with our experienced team of behavior analysts and therapists to design and implement evidence-based interventions. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, helping them to develop new skills, build confidence, and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
Conduct ABA therapy sessions with clients in the comfort of their own homes or in community-based settings Implement behavioral interventions designed to address client goals and needs Collect and record data on client progress and behavior Collaborate with the treatment team to modify intervention plans as needed Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions and progress Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., special education, psychology, behavioral sciences) preferred No prior experience necessary; training provided by Champions
ABA - MA
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, on an as-needed basis Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
