We are looking for an educator who wants to build a career in early childhood education—not someone simply looking for a teaching job. Our classrooms follow the HighScope Curriculum, and we believe children learn best through active learning, meaningful relationships, and intentional teaching.

Qualifications Applicants must:

Hold a Bachelor's degree that meets Michigan GSRP Lead Teacher requirements, or Be actively completing a qualifying Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field that meets Michigan GSRP requirements. We are specifically looking for someone committed to growing in the field of early childhood education. Teaching Team You'll work closely with an Associate Teacher every day as a collaborative teaching team.

Responsibilities include:

Planning together Implementing the HighScope Curriculum Completing COR Advantage observations and assessments Creating engaging learning experiences Partnering with families Supporting children's social-emotional development Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM No weekends Must also be available to work in our Before & After School Program during summer and school breaks.
