Infant Lead Teacher | Little Wonders Child Care & Learning Center Little Wonders Child Care & Learning Center is looking for an experienced, nurturing Lead Infant Teacher to join our team! At Little Wonders, we believe children are capable, relationships matter, and early childhood education should be intentional, joyful, and rooted in love and grace. Our Infant Lead Teacher will create a safe, responsive environment where our youngest learners can build strong relationships, explore their world, and grow at their own pace.

Pay:

$19.00 to $21.00 per hour, dependent on education and experience.

What You'll Do:

Build secure, nurturing relationships with infants and their families Plan and implement developmentally appropriate infant experiences Maintain consistent feeding, diapering, sleeping, and care routines Create an engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and development Communicate openly and professionally with families Maintain licensing, health, safety, and classroom standards Work collaboratively with classroom and leadership team members Help create a classroom culture where every child is known, valued, and loved

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Meets Minnesota licensing qualifications for a Lead Teacher Has experience working with infants in a licensed child care setting Understands responsive caregiving and infant development Is dependable, patient, organized, and nurturing Communicates well with both families and coworkers Is comfortable working in a faith-based early childhood program Wants to be part of building a positive, supportive workplace from the beginning Little Wonders is more than a place for children to spend their day.
