Toddler Lead Teacher | Little Wonders Child Care & Learning Center Little Wonders Child Care & Learning Center is looking for a confident, energetic, and nurturing Toddler Lead Teacher to join our team! Toddlers are busy becoming themselves—and we believe their classroom should give them plenty of opportunities to explore, communicate, make choices, build independence, and feel deeply supported along the way.

Pay:

$19.00 to $21.00 per hour, dependent on education and experience. As our Toddler Lead Teacher, you'll lead a classroom that balances predictable routines with purposeful play and learning.

What You'll Do:

Build meaningful relationships with toddlers and their families Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences Support emerging language, independence, social-emotional skills, and self-help skills Use positive, nurturing behavior guidance Create a classroom environment that encourages children to explore and make choices Communicate consistently and professionally with families Maintain licensing, health, safety, and classroom standards Collaborate with other educators and the leadership team

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Meets Minnesota licensing qualifications for a Lead Teacher Has experience working with toddlers or young children Understands that toddler behavior is communication—not something to simply "manage" Can create structure while remaining flexible and responsive Is dependable, positive, and comfortable taking ownership of their classroom Is comfortable working in a faith-based early childhood program Values teamwork, communication, and professional growth If you're looking for a program where you can bring your experience, ideas, and personality into the classroom while being part of something new, we'd love to meet you.
