Early Preschool Lead Teacher| Little Wonders Child Care & Learning Center Little Wonders Child Care & Learning Center is looking for a creative, confident Preschool Lead Teacher who loves helping children discover just how capable they are. Our preschool classrooms are designed around purposeful learning, meaningful relationships, curiosity, independence, and play. We're looking for an educator who can create a classroom children are excited to walk into each morning.

Pay:

$19.00 to $21.00 per hour, dependent on education and experience.

What You'll Do:

Lead a developmentally appropriate preschool classroom Plan engaging learning experiences based on children's development and interests Support kindergarten readiness through play, conversation, exploration, and intentional teaching Encourage independence, problem-solving, confidence, and positive peer relationships Use positive and nurturing behavior guidance strategies Build strong partnerships with families Maintain licensing, health, safety, and classroom expectations Collaborate with educators and leadership to continuously strengthen the program

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Meets Minnesota licensing qualifications for a Lead Teacher Has experience working with preschool-aged children Understands child development and developmentally appropriate practice Can confidently lead a classroom while remaining playful and approachable Is dependable, organized, creative, and communicative Is comfortable teaching within a faith-based early childhood program Wants to contribute ideas and help build an exceptional program If you want the opportunity to truly lead your classroom—not simply follow a checklist—we'd love to talk with you.
