Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing classroom environment. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive preschool curricula that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social skills aligned with early childhood education standards. Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring they are engaging, educational, and tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers and preschoolers. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques. Foster strong communication with parents through regular updates on children's progress, developmental milestones, and classroom events. Oversee classroom organization, including lesson planning, materials preparation, and maintaining a safe learning environment in compliance with childcare regulations. Support children's individual needs by collaborating with specialists in special education and early intervention when necessary. Ensure adherence to mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate records related to child welfare and incident reports. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; prior classroom management experience is essential. Knowledge of child development principles, early intervention strategies, and childhood education best practices. Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom organization. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; familiarity with mandated reporting laws is essential. Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Experience working with children with special needs or in inclusive classrooms is highly desirable.
