Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their foundational years. In this role, you will create a vibrant, safe, and engaging classroom environment that promotes early childhood development and fosters a love for learning. Your dedication will help children develop essential skills in literacy, math, social-emotional growth, and physical activity, setting the stage for lifelong success. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate early intervention strategies, literacy education, and Montessori methods to support diverse learning needs. Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that promote curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking across subjects such as math, physical education, and basic science. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques to create a respectful and inclusive environment conducive to learning. Support children's social-emotional growth by fostering communication skills, empathy, and cooperation among students. Conduct assessments of individual progress using standardized testing methods and maintain detailed records of each child's development milestones. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educational professionals to ensure holistic child welfare and tailored support plans. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that encourages active participation and independent exploration. Requirements Proven classroom management experience in early childhood education or preschool settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, including special education needs and early intervention techniques. Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing literacy education strategies such as phonics and reading readiness. Familiarity with Montessori methods, toddler care practices, and classroom experience with children of various age groups within preschool environments. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual student needs while maintaining a structured classroom environment. Certification in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; relevant coursework or training in behavior management and childcare is highly valued.
