Create lesson plans that are aligned with Dixon Academy's curriculum expectations. Develop portfolios that monitor and track each student's progress. Participate with children in indoor and outdoor activities while enforcing safety rules and practices. Actively supervise children at all times to maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment. Observe, record and report individual child's behavior and progress as assigned. Treat all children with dignity and respect and assist children with self-care activities. Establish and maintain excellent communication with families daily and conduct teacher/parent conferences as expected.' '
