Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher Planet Playschool - Mooresville, NC Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Planet Playschool is growing, and we're excited to open another classroom! We're looking for a compassionate, dependable Lead Teacher to join our two-year-old classroom. We know there are many early childhood positions available. Many of our teachers have been with us for 10+ years, and our leadership team brings nearly two decades of experience serving the families of our community. Position Responsibilities Lead a classroom of two-year-old children in a safe, nurturing environment. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Maintain classroom routines while meeting North Carolina licensing requirements. Foster a classroom where children feel loved, encouraged, and excited to learn. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age . Completion of EDU 119 or its equivalent is required. Completion of 3-9 semester hours in Early Childhood Education is preferred. Previous experience in a licensed child care setting is preferred. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
