Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans focused on infant development, including sensory exploration, motor skills, and early language acquisition Provide attentive supervision and care to infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Foster a warm, nurturing environment that encourages emotional security and healthy attachment Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily activities Maintain accurate records of each infant's developmental progress, health status, and daily routines Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures, to respond effectively to emergencies Collaborate with team members to create individualized care plans for infants with special needs or developmental delays Ensure classroom cleanliness and organization to promote a hygienic learning environment Requirements Minimum of 60 college credits or Associates Degree required 3 or more years of proven experience working with infants in daycare centers, preschools, or similar settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR (pediatric first aid preferred) Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and abuse prevention Strong classroom management skills combined with compassionate caregiving abilities Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Demonstrated understanding of behavior management techniques suitable for infants and toddlers Join us if you're eager to inspire young minds through dedicated caregiving and innovative teaching!
