We are looking for someone who truly enjoys working with our littlest learners and understands that infant care is about so much more than meeting basic needs. Our infant teachers create a safe, loving, and responsive environment where babies can build secure relationships, explore their surroundings, and reach important developmental milestones at their own pace. As an Infant Teacher, you will: Provide attentive, responsive, and nurturing care to infants throughout the day Create a safe, clean, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment Follow individual feeding, sleeping, diapering, and care schedules Plan age-appropriate experiences that encourage sensory exploration, language development, movement, and social-emotional growth Spend plenty of time talking, singing, reading, playing, and interacting with the children Observe children's development and communicate important milestones and needs Maintain accurate daily records for feeding, diapering, sleep, and other care routines Build positive, professional relationships with families and provide regular communication about their child's day Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and administration Follow all center policies and New Jersey child care licensing health and safety requirements We're Looking for

We are looking for someone who: High energy. Ability to work well with others. An understanding of child development. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification. ( Will Train) Must clear a full background check and must pass a health screening.
