We're looking for motivated people who want to learn, compete against clear goals and build the skills to take on more responsibility. This is door-to-door appointment setting. You'll speak with homeowners about windows, doors, roofing and siding, identify potential project needs and schedule consultations with our sales team. Our sales representatives handle the project presentation and sale. Your job is to start the right conversation—and turn genuine interest into an appointment the homeowner wants to keep. How you earn $18 per hour in base pay. $50 base bonus per eligible completed demo , with higher demo-bonus tiers available under the written incentive plan. An additional $50 for eligible same-day demos. An additional $25 for eligible next-day demos. A flat 1% commission on adjusted sales credited to your appointments , paid at the end of each company sales period. For example, a $20,000 eligible adjusted sale earns a $200 sales commission , in addition to applicable hourly pay and demo bonuses. A demo means a completed sales consultation—not simply an appointment booked. Bonus eligibility, sales adjustments and payment timing follow the written compensation plan. What your day looks like Join a short team huddle and prepare for your assigned neighborhood. Introduce RJW to homeowners through face-to-face conversations. Ask questions, listen and identify relevant home-improvement needs. Explain the value of a consultation and agree on a specific appointment. Record accurate information and work with our confirmation team. Practice with your team lead, review your results and improve your approach.
