Duties Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Administer medications and follow care plans under supervision, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Support individuals during meals by preparing nutritious food and assisting with eating as needed Operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts and ensure safe transfer procedures for residents with mobility challenges Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, sanitation, and organization of living spaces Document Individual's progress, update care plans, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members Experience Experience with medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and care plan implementation is desirable Demonstrated ability to work compassionately with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, HIPAA compliance training, and safety procedures are advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks required for resident transfers and mobility support
