Role:

Garden of Wonders LLC is looking for a passionate and nurturing Jr. Pre-K Teacher to join our growing team in Union, NJ! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners during their most formative years in a warm and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for Pre-K students Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Support early childhood development through play-based and structured learning Monitor and document student progress and developmental milestones Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth Assist lead teacher with daily classroom routines, transitions, and activities Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom space

Requirements:

CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Prior experience working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills Ability to obtain or current holder of required NJ childcare certifications CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Warm, energetic, and child-centered approach to teaching
