KinderCare seeks Teachers for The Children's School at URMC to create a nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. In this on-site role, you will design and lead engaging lessons that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. You'll observe and document child progress, communicate regularly with families, and collaborate with colleagues in a supportive, inclusive culture. Responsibilities include maintaining safety and licensing standards, preparing classroom materials, and contributing to program improvement and school community activities. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe, document, and communicate each child's progress to families. Collaborate with teaching staff and school leadership to support program goals. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Engage positively with families and participate in conferences or meetings. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Prepare and organize classroom materials and learning centers.
