Ideal candidates must have experience working with toddler-aged children. For us, individuals with good communication skills, a strong work ethic and who can work collaboratively with our other team members, while respecting the gifts of each child is key! Our goal is to continue to provide a consistent environment for our youngest friends; so we provide on-the-job training to support the learning of our routines! If you have a sense of humor, positive attitude, and are reliable in your attendance, then this may be a perfect opportunity for you! Those with a growth mindset, tend to do well within our staff community. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:30-5:00pm daily. We need someone solidly through January and then will reassess based on current enrollment. Compensation is based on experience and education and we are happy to provide on the job, paid training to skilled individuals.
