Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
  • Use effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior
  • Assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
  • Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, progress, and development
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child's progress and any concerns ```
Requirements:
```
  • Previous experience working with infant/preschool-aged children
  • Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
  • Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
  • Patience, creativity, and flexibility in working with young children
