Part-Time Registered Dental Assistant Essence Dentistry & Cosmetics is a private dental practice in Forney looking for an experienced, dependable Part-Time Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. We are a small private office focused on thorough care, quality dentistry, and an excellent patient experience . We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and wants to continue growing clinically. Schedule Tuesday & Wednesday Approximately 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM Potential to add one additional day per week Pay Starting at $20-26+/hour , with higher pay based on experience, skill level, and additional clinical capabilities. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Digital scanning experience Comfortable making temporary crowns/restorations Safe, diagnostic-quality X-rays Strong sterilization and infection-control habits Excellent customer service and patient communication Detail-oriented, dependable, and open to learning Bilingual/Spanish-speaking is a plus 3D printing and/or exocad experience is a huge plus Day-to-Day Assist with general, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures Turn over and prepare rooms for doctor and hygiene Maintain sterilization and clinical compliance Perform scans, X-rays, temps, and whitening trays Help track lab cases and keep daily clinical documentation organized Assist with patient confirmations and post-op follow-up when needed We value assistants who can anticipate what is needed, take ownership of their clinical area, and provide excellent patient care without sacrificing quality.
