- Part-time, Full-time We are seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher with at least 1 year of experience working with young children.
Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for all children. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Engage children in interactive learning experiences that encourage growth and creativity. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. Supervise children at all times and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members. Communicate professionally and effectively with parents regarding children's progress, development, and daily activities. Observe and document children's development and learning milestones. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support school programs and classroom needs. Step into other classrooms as needed to provide support and maintain quality care throughout the school. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of preschool or early childhood teaching experience. Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Passion for fostering a positive learning experience for young children. Ability to maintain a well-organized and professional classroom environment. Responsible to drive Mini bus(Required age : 25+)Skills:
