Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising children, planning age-appropriate activities, and ensuring their well-being at all times. Duties Supervise children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement engaging activities that promote childhood development, learning, creativity, and social skills Provide attentive infant care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting young children as needed Support toddler and preschooler care by encouraging exploration and early learning experiences Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and daily activities Apply behavior management techniques to foster positive behavior and social interactions among children Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to children's activities and safety Qualifications Experience working with children across various age groups, including infants through elementary school-age children Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in First Aid and CPR is required (we can help you obtain this) Ability to plan engaging activities tailored to children's developmental stages Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration Familiarity with behavior management strategies and classroom activity planning Previous childcare center, nannying or babysitting experience is preferred but not mandatory; a genuine passion for working with children is essential Join us in creating a joyful environment where children can thrive!
