At Arc Experience, we create engaging enrichment programs that empower students to explore new interests, build confidence, and develop skills for the future. We're looking for enthusiastic STEM professionals who are excited to make learning fun while introducing students to exciting careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. About the Role Arc Experience is seeking a STEM Instructor to lead engaging, hands-on enrichment classes for high school students throughout the San Diego area. In this role, you'll introduce students to STEM concepts through interactive projects, experiments, engineering challenges, coding activities, technology exploration, and problem-solving exercises that spark curiosity and creativity. Courses are delivered in one of the following formats: Two classes per week for five weeks, or One class per week for ten weeks
