Job Description
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid Special Education teaching credential (appropriate for California) Experience with mild/moderate disabilities preferred Ability to manage a caseload of up to 28 students Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to fostering an encouraging and supportive classroom atmosphereResponsibilities:
Deliver engaging, individualized instruction and support to students with mild/moderate learning disabilities Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with families, related service providers, and faculty Assess student progress and adjust plans to promote skill acquisition and independence Use diverse instructional strategies to engage learners and address academic, behavioral, and functional goals Maintain detailed records and adhere to state and federal compliance regulations This contract role provides the chance to expand your skills and make a significant contribution to a vibrant school community.
