Youll work onsite, collaborating closely with educators and other specialists as you support students functional and academic needs.

What you bring:

Current California Occupational Therapist licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Previous school-based OT experience, ideally with K-12 students Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to design customized interventions that promote students independence Flexibility in working with a variety of ages, needs, and school teams Key responsibilities: Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across multiple grade levels Conduct assessments and interpret evaluation results for educational planning Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Maintain detailed, timely documentation and progress reports Offer staff training and family support to maximize student participation Enjoy a stable, full-time contract through the end of the 2026-27 school year.
