Valid Delaware Paraeducator Permit in hand (pending applications not accepted) Completion of all necessary background checks, including agreement to complete state-required fingerprinting Ability to demonstrate strong instructional and behavioral support skills, ideally with experience supporting elementary-aged children Comfortable working at a high level of engagement, providing individual or low ratio (not exceeding 1:2) support Reliable, punctual, and ready to adapt to evolving student needs Willing to provide documentation for permit status and prior experience as requiredKey Responsibilities:
