Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Special Education teaching certification (state-specific or eligibility for reciprocity) Proven experience or strong interest in working in self-contained classrooms Solid understanding of differentiated instruction and diverse learning needs Excellent communication skills with students, colleagues, and parents Strong organization, adaptability, and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
