Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Michigan Special Education teaching certification (required) Previous experience with resource classrooms or individualized education plans (IEPs) is highly preferred Ability to adapt instruction to meet students' diverse learning needs Organizational skills to document progress, develop lesson plans, and collaborate with general education staff Strong communication skills to engage with students, caregivers, and staff teams
