Qualifications & Experience:

Hold an active Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education Teacher license (required) Demonstrate experience or passion for working with early childhood populations, particularly those with autism or significant developmental needs Bring a collaborative and adaptive approach to teaching in a center-based setting Exhibit strong communication and organization skills Submit a current resume detailing relevant educational background and professional experience

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and group instruction to elementary-aged students in the Ready, Set, Launch program Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each students unique needs Collaborate closely with colleagues, specialists, and families to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment Employ evidence-based strategies to address a variety of learning and behavioral challenges Monitor progress and adapt methods to ensure optimal student success
