This contract opportunity, beginning as soon as possible and running through June 2027, is based in a thoughtfully designed center dedicated to supporting students with autism and developmental challenges within the "Ready Set Launch" program. As a valued educator, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized learning experiences that enable every child to thrive. This role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:40 pm, offering the consistency and structure young students need in their daily routines. The program specializes in expanded elementary-level special education, integrating best practices from LAUNCH and DCD programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required) Demonstrated experience or strong interest in early childhood special education Familiarity with supporting students with autism and diverse developmental needs Strong skills in IEP development, progress monitoring, and communication with caregivers Organized, enthusiastic, and adaptive in a collaborative team setting
