Two dedicated Special Education professionals are needed for a contracted role serving a Minneapolis-area school from August 3, 2026, through June 3, 2027. This opportunity offers both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time scheduling options, with typical hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm. As a valued team member, youll work primarily with middle school studentspotentially engaging with K-8 learnersdelivering both pull-out instruction and inclusion services that support students academic and behavioral growth.

Key Qualifications:

Active Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education teaching license required Experience supporting middle school and/or elementary learners in academic and behavioral settings Confident providing both pull-out instructional services and classroom inclusion support Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and a commitment to student-centered approaches Strong communication and organizational skills, ensuring effective collaboration with staff and families Flexibility to adapt to evolving needs in a dynamic learning environment

Role Responsibilities:

Design and implement instructional strategies tailored to individual student needs Provide academic and behavioral support to ensure student progress Collaborate with general education teachers to create inclusive classroom environments Monitor, document, and report on student development and goal attainment Engage in regular communication with families and multidisciplinary teams
