Job Description

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Full Time Early Childhood Special Education Teacher, supporting the innovative Ready, Set, Launch program in a dedicated elementary setting. Youll play a pivotal role in fostering the growth of young learners with autism and unique developmental needs, collaborating with a passionate team to deliver impactful individualized instruction. In this position, youll work weekdays on a consistent schedule, guiding students through evidence-based practices and helping them achieve meaningful milestones. You will become part of an expanding program committed to nurturing every childs potential through specialized support and tailored learning strategies.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (Tier 3 or Tier 4; required) Previous experience or strong interest in early childhood and/or autism spectrum educational programs Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and center-based instruction Ability to build rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational, communication, and classroom management skills
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Planning and implementing differentiated lessons aligned with students developmental goals Collaborating with LAUNCH and DCD programs and colleagues for holistic student support Conducting ongoing student assessments and adjusting instructional strategies as needed Maintaining accurate records and documentation per district guidelines Engaging families and supporting transitions to next levels of learning This assignment runs through June 2027, offering the chance to create a lasting impact in a forward-thinking educational environment.
