Job Description

The Ready, Set, Launch programa specialized extension within a thriving school districtfocuses on supporting elementary-aged students with autism and unique developmental needs through a robust, center-based approach. This contracted, full-time opportunity offers the chance to work collaboratively with a passionate team, empowering students to achieve their fullest potential.
Key Qualifications:
Current Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required) Proven experience or strong interest in early childhood special education Ability to tailor instruction and interventions to diverse learning profiles, especially for students with autism or developmental disabilities Skilled in collaborating with families, related service providers, and fellow educators Strong understanding of IEP processes, data-driven instructional planning, and progress monitoring Exceptional communication, patience, and adaptability
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized educational programs for students in the Ready, Set, Launch program Provide direct instruction and intervention guided by each students unique strengths and needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment Partner with families to ensure consistency between home and school strategies Participate in professional development to stay current with best practices in special education Maintain comprehensive records in compliance with district and state requirements Engage in program planning, IEP meetings, and data collection If youre committed to making an impact in the lives of young learners and thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven setting, your expertise as an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher can make a profound difference.
