Key Qualifications:

Valid Tier 3 or 4 Special Education (SPED) teaching license (Minnesota). Experience with middle school and/or elementary (K8) special education. Comfortable providing both pull-out and inclusion services. Skilled in supporting behavioral as well as academic needs. Open to both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time availability.

Main Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and small-group instruction to students with special needs. Implement evidence-based behavioral and academic interventions. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor IEPs. Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs and foster inclusion. Communicate effectively with families and school staff.
