Key Qualifications:

Current Illinois Special Education Teaching License (IL SPED License required) Prior experience working in self-contained classrooms or Early Childhood Special Education programs strongly preferred Ability to effectively manage paperwork and participate in documentation and team meetings Flexibility to float between classrooms and cover varying schedules as needed Familiarity with district or state requirements, such as PEL or Para Certification, is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
