Key Qualifications:
Valid Special Education teaching certification. Previous experience in DCD (Developmental Cognitive Disabilities) and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) center-based classrooms preferred. Strong collaborative skills for teaming with paraprofessionals. Experience managing small group or cluster caseloads (approximately 10 students). Full-time availability from November 1, 2026, to February 15, 2027.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and adjust individualized instructional plans for students with varied cognitive and developmental needs. Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment in collaboration with three paraprofessionals. Maintain communication with families and staff to monitor student progress. Engage in all school activities and adopt best practices from a well-established district.
