Desired Qualifications:
Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license at Tier 3 or Tier 4 required Previous experience in special education settings, particularly setting III or centerbase, is advantageous Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt instructional strategies Commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environmentKey Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student strengths and needs Provide direct instruction to students with varied abilities, ensuring access to appropriate educational resources Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring Participate in professional development and team meetings as required Support positive behavioral interventions and promote student growth This role offers the chance to make a significant impact while working with a vibrant, supportive team committed to student achievement.
