Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Licensed Special Education Teacher with appropriate Minnesota credentials Proven experience, or strong interest, in working with students with developmental cognitive disabilities Strong understanding of IEPs, differentiated instruction, and positive behavior intervention strategies Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and school staff Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:
