Job Description

Step into a vital role as a Special Education Teacher, working with middle school students in a supportive environment. This contract opportunity runs from as soon as possible until June 4, 2027, providing long-term impact and experience. Youll be guiding students in a self-contained, non-severe caseload setting and collaborating with a dedicated staff to ensure student success. Your week will follow a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:15am to 3:15pm, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments. This position is designed for those passionate about helping students reach their full potential and eager to foster a positive, inclusive classroom community.
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Special Education Teaching Credential Experience with middle school grades preferred Knowledge of IEP development and implementation Strong classroom management skills in a self-contained setting Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families Dedication to collaboration and continuous learning
Key Responsibilities:
